(1) Vendor needs to provide solar interconnection grant program services to the government authority located in Richmond, VA. - Agency expects that the forthcoming grant program will approximately follow the anticipated requirements below:• Eligible applicants: Public bodies, such as school districts or local governments• Eligible costs: Interconnection related costs, especially those that may downsize, delay, or cancel a project.• Timeline of grant program.• Compliance, reporting and program management.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 6, 2026.
