Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide expressway gateway pedestrian improvements service to the government authority located in Richmond, VA. - The work will include construction of sidewalks, curbs, and ADA-compliant curb ramps, installation of pavement markings, signage, lighting, and traffic signal conduit, landscaping, utility adjustments, and all other work items needed to complete the project. (2) Pre-bid meeting will be held on June 29, 2026.
