Scope of Work
Vendor needs to provide real property support services to the government authority located in Redstone Arsenal, AL.- Direct Maintenance of the data within the Real Property System of Record; this will include data collection (will not include assessments which require substantial engineering assessments), data review against audit regulations, data entry, data quality and reporting.- Provision of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on a full-time basis to individual Garrisons to support and/or augment Garrison staff. SME support may extend those fields of expertise necessary to record data into the Real Property Systems.- Audit Readiness & Compliance support- Real Property Information Technology (IT) systems support- Field Validation & Assessment- Real Property Asset Documentation support- Master Planning Support- Environmental Support- Requirements Analysis- Environmental Analysis- Economic and Financial Analysis
