USA (Quincy, Illinois) – Comprehensive Plan Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive plan services to the government authority located in Quincy, IL.- Create a new 20-year comprehensive plan, which would include an updated Neighbourhood Land Use Plan, an updated/modernized zoning code (Chapter 162) and an updated zoning map- Modernize its regulatory framework to support sustainable growth, streamline development reviews and reflect modern planning practices, emerging trends in land use and the evolving needs of the region.- Consolidate and reconcile all previously adopted smaller-scale planning exercises and zoning amendments into a single modern, usable document that addresses outdated provisions and creates a user-friendly comprehensive plan that supports city long-term growth and aligns with the uniqueness of our community, emerging trends and best planning practices.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 1, 2026.
