USA (Providence, Rhode Island) – Transfer Switch Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide automatic transfer switch services to the government authority located in Providence, RI. - Provide preventative maintenance services for transfer switches.- Including Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) and Manual Transfer Switches (MTS).- Record nameplate data, model or catalog number, serial number, voltage, amperage, etc.- Record switch location and designation.- Record all time delay settings and verify that the delay matches the setting.- Perform localized infrared scan on all cable connections, bus bar, and main contacts.- Check and record frequency on both normal and emergency power sources.- Check switch for proper transfer operation and sequencing of time delays and controls.- If the switch is a bypass and isolation transfer switch, exercise and operate the bypass/isolation section of the switch.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) Mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on June 18, 2026. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 25, 2026.
