USA (Providence, Rhode Island) – Housing Information, Education, Outreach, and Fair Housing Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide housing information, education, outreach, and fair housing services to the government authority located in Providence, RI.- Provide residents with accurate and accessible information regarding housing-related rights, responsibilities and resources.- Housing navigation and referral services.- Information regarding rental assistance and housing stabilization programs.- Design and implement community-based education initiatives that increase awareness of housing rights and available resources. - Public awareness campaigns.- Outreach through community-based organizations.- Door-to-door outreach and canvassing.- Digital engagement and social media campaigns.- Provide technical assistance and capacity-building support to tenant-led organizations and resident groups.- Education regarding tenant rights and collective advocacy.- Support establishing or strengthening tenant associations.- Fair housing education and outreach.- Analysis of housing discrimination trends.- Fair housing testing services designed to identify and document discriminatory housing practices. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 8, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
