Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide employee benefits broker services to the government authority located in Princeton, TX. - Provide fixed-fee services or per employee per month relative to its group medical, dental long-term disability, term life and accidental death and dismemberment Short Term Disability, Vision, HRA, HSA and some variations of these insurance coverages.- The selected respondent shall be the broker and consultant of record and will serve as the strategic advisor and market representative.- Annual renewal and marketing strategy, including market checks for pooled, fully insured, and ASO and self-funded options as appropriate- Assist with the transition between insurance providers when such changes occur.- COBRA administration for a governmental plan, including initial and qualifying event notices, billing, collections, and remittance.- Monthly retiree enrollment counts, billing and premium reconciliation, delinquency summaries, and any other standard reporting used to support Finance and program oversight.- Medicare Part D Creditable Coverage notices and disclosures.- Broker and consultant of record.- Pharmacy trend and clinical programs summary.- Strategic consulting and annual marketing.- Medicare-eligible retiree enrollment summary(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 01, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
