USA (Point Arena, California) – Custodial Services for Branch Library

(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services for branch library to the government authority located in Covelo, CA.- services includes one custodial/cleaning service visit per week- Wash street level windows on revolving basis.- Sweep immediate area outside front door.- Clean front door and all door handles to the facility.- Dust and clean furniture, file cabinets, fixtures, and counter tops.- Empty all wastebaskets, paper recycle bins, and garbage containers.- Refill soap, towels and toilet paper dispenser in both employee and public restrooms as needed.- Clean public restrooms thoroughly. All fixtures, mirrors and floors.- Clean phones, computer screens, keyboards.- Clean employee restrooms thoroughly. All fixtures, mirrors and floors.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than Juen 30, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
