Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Platte City, MO. - For the state-leased buildings.- Provide the janitorial services for the total square feet of the building.- To provide a clean and sanitary environment for the building, the building’s contents, building’s tenants, and the general public.- Providing services in the secure areas of the building immediately upon notification from the state agency.- Must perform the Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Semi-Annual tasks.- Must either provide the services directly or must provide a person and personnel who must comply with the requirements.(2) The contract period will be one year.
