Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide security systems maintenance services to the government authority located in Pittsburgh, PA. • Provide security, surveillance and communications systems maintenance services.• Provide field service necessary to troubleshoot and maintain designated security, surveillance, and electronic systems at two campus locations• Quarterly Maintenance performed on all serviceable Pelco/Endura appliances on the network. • This process includes firmware/software updates, server to system data management, and CCTV camera cleaning, adjusting and focusing• AiPhone systems are still supported by the vendor and are IP based.
