(1) Vendor needs to provide general plan update services to the government authority located in Pico Rivera, CA.- The project schedule shall include all stages of the project, including, at a minimum:- Project Management.- Existing Conditions and Analysis.- Community Engagement.- Land Use Element Update.- Circulation Element Update.- Environmental Justice Element Update.- Conservation, Open Space, Noise Elements.- Environmental Review.- Hearings and Adoption.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 02, 2026.
