USA (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) – Waste and Recycling Planning and Analyis Service

(1) Vendor needs to provide waste and recycling planning and analyis service to the government authority located in Philadelphia, PA.    - To assist with various planning and analysis activities and performing trash and recycling sorting studies to set new waste and recycling policy.- The recycling and waste sorting studies, collection and disposal system analyses will be integrated with data used to index the City’s recycling processing contract rate and evaluating disposal contract alternatives.- Submission and approval - Completion of quarterly recycling sorts of curbside recyclable materials- Completion of a Waste Composition Study- Continue planning and development of organics diversion strategies- Continue planning and development of new zero waste strategies    - Assist with evaluation various pilot program designed to improve collection efficiencies(2) A pre-bid meeting will be held on June 25, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than June 24, 2026.
