USA (Perkinsville, Vermont) – Residential Property Demolition and Site Stabilization Service

(1) Vendor needs to provide residential property demolition and site stabilization service to the government authority located in Perkinsville, VT. - Project consists of demolition, disposal, and required site work for the agency consisting of one house with full stone basement and an attached garage/ barn on a stone foundation. - Demolish and/or remove all improvements, including but not limited to, septic systems, water wells, buildings, foundations, electrical and phone lines, pavement, parking, fuel tanks, debris, and household hazardous materials. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 22, 2026. (3) Mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on June 15, 2026.
