USA (Peoria, Arizona) – Facility Condition Assessment Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide facility condition assessment services to the government authority located in Peoria, AZ. - Provide on-call Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) services supporting a standardized, continuous capital planning program aligned with existing city datasets.- Inspection, deficiency identification, cost estimating, lifecycle analysis, and structured data delivery.- Assessments will be issued in phases through individual task orders based on city prioritization.- Maintain a rolling 5-year reassessment cycle across its facility portfolio.- Capable of performing assessments at multiple facilities concurrently to support program timelines.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 7, 2026.
