USA (Parkland, Florida) – Comprehensive Impact Fee Study and Ordinance Update Service

(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive impact fee study and ordinance update service to the government authority located in Parkland, FL. • Prepare a comprehensive impact fee study and corresponding impact fee ordinance update.• Resulting fee schedules must reasonably and proportionally relate to the impacts of new development on municipal services.• Assess the city’s current and future capital needs resulting from growth.• Develop methodologically sound impact fees tied to adopted Levels of Service (LOS).• Prepare a fee comparison report between the recommended fees and fees of surrounding municipal and county governments.• Assist with the preparation of an updated impact fee ordinance for adoption by the city commission.• Provide legally reviewed conclusions and a legal opinion validating compliance with law.• Support the city with adoption procedures and, if necessary, legal defense.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 25, 2026.
