(1) Vendor needs to provide brand analysis and collaborative marketing plan service. • Develop a comprehensive brand analysis of the district and a collaborative marketing plan for downtown and the district to support the vitality of local arts organizations, small businesses, and community connection to place.• Diverse & Vital Creative Ecosystem• Signature Event Partnerships• Collaborative Marketing Efforts• Visual Landscape and Arts Access(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 13, 2026.(3) Pre-bid meeting will be held on July 8, 2026.
