USA (Olympia, Washington) – Tribal Focused Health Care Consulting Service

(1) Vendor needs to provide tribal focused health care consulting service to the government authority located in Olympia, WA.• Provide health policy consultation; and standing up needed Tribal specific committees, boards, and workgroups bringing Tribal governments, Urban Indian Health Programs, Tribal organizations, and state agency partners together to discuss health care delivery and policy improvements focused on raising health care outcomes- Focus areas will be but are not limited to, opioid response, crisis response, Medicaid transformation, behavioral health, traditional health care practices, etc.• Examples of strategic plan topics include AI/AN opioid response planning, AI/AN Tribal crisis plannings, Medicaid transformation state planning, Governor’s Indian Health Advisory Committee strategic plans, and traditional health care services strategic planning, etc.• This work would include developing strategic solutions to address specific business needs, sustainable financing models, administrative procedures, dispute resolution processes, and identifying common ground communications• Work could include review and assessments of health benefits packages, enrollment, eligibility, and coverage; strategic plans; surveys of providers or clients; and developing strategy models to determine recommended changes and project management services• Providing understanding of applicable state and federal laws and regulations; and providing health care and IT trends and best practices.(2) The contract period will be for five years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 6, 2026
