USA (Olympia, Washington) – Legal Representation Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide legal representation services to the government authority located in Olympia, WA.• Agency is seeking an experienced workers compensation attorney to represent a claimant in a workers compensation appeal• Provide legal representation consistent with the obligations set forth in the Rules of Professional Conduct, Court Rules• Submit monthly statements indicating number of hours worked on behalf of injured worker and a general description of the work performed, billed in 0.1 hour increments• Maintain professional liability insurance with minimum coverage limits of not less than $200,000 per claim and $500,000 in aggregate liability(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 1, 2026
