Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide voter registration system. • Services• Project Schedule - Design - Stage - Development & Testing - Data Migration, Transition & Go-Live - Operations - Acceptance • Acceptance Testing • Maintenance Services - Software modifications that are required to maintain and support the System as a part of the normal course of business such as version changes, configuration or parameter changes or minor changes to software code or any code changes necessary to meet new regulatory standards or changes.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 23, 2026.(3) The contract period will be one year.
