Vendor needs to provide Alaris software management service system includes software enhancements to server-based Alaris infusion system software components; services that include internet, webinar and on-site training and clinical education; support ranging from remote monitoring of the Alaris systems manager to technical support for the Alaris infusion system; and includes collection of data and providing analytics tools and service.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
