USA (North Haven, Connecticut) – Trail Map Inventory Update Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide trail map inventory update services to the government authority located in North Haven, CT.-  Trails mapping project while incorporating updated municipal trail information, GIS datasets, stakeholder input, and regional planning priorities.- Updated inventory shall emphasize regional coordination, GIS-based resource inventorying, recreational connectivity, environmental stewardship, data consistency, and implementation-oriented planning that supports both municipal and regional decision-making.- Verify inventory information, incorporate updated GPS and GIS mapping data where available, identify newly acquired open space resources and trail systems, and address data gaps or inconsistencies requiring further review.- Develop GIS mapping resources and conduct analyses related to regional open space and recreational trails.- Support the development of a comprehensive and maintainable regional GIS inventory framework capable of supporting future municipal and regional planning initiatives.- GIS data provided in a file geodatabase format with comprehensive metadata and associated written documentation describing data sources, methodologies, attribute fields, assumptions, limitations, and maintenance considerations.- Propose the format or platform of the viewer or presentation tool; however, compatibility with ArcGIS Online or other Esri software is strongly preferred.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 2,2026.
