USA (North Carolina) – Janitorial Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in North Carolina. - Provide janitorial services for various locations.- Vendor personnel shall communicate to the contract manager when additional supplies are needed.- Cleaning shall take place after operational hours, Sunday-Thursday, with a mutually agreed upon schedule between vendor and Contract Manager.- Bi-annual cleaning tasks shall take place during summer and holiday schedules.- Toilet bowls and urinals – clean, sanitize and disinfect Daily- Sinks – clean and sanitize/disinfect and polish fixtures Daily- Mirrors – clean Daily- Hand soap, hand sanitizer, towels, and tissue containers – refilled Daily- Waste containers – empty and wipe clean or replace liner- Furniture, fixtures, sills, molding, and ledges – dust and spot clean Weekly- Doors, door frames and light switches – disinfect Daily- Ceiling, ceiling vents and lights – dust and remove cobwebs Weekly- Upholstered furniture – vacuum Weekly- Paneled walls, baseboards and bookshelves – dust Weekly- Floors – dust mop and damp mop Daily- Floors (Carpet) – Vacuum and spot clean(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 30, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Pre-bid meeting will be held on June 29, 2026.
