USA (Norfolk, Virginia) – Relocation Management Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide relocation management services to the government authority located in Norfolk, VA. - Provide Relocation Management Services to support the relocation of residents.- The contractor shall be responsible for coordinating and managing subcontracted relocation support services, including movers, storage, pest control, hotel stays, incidental cleaning, and related support services.- Review and reconstruct relocation files- Resident communication and meetings- Move scheduling and coordination (move outs, moves to temporary housing, and return moves)- Track and verify unit readiness- Maintain centralized relocation tracking system(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 1, 2026.
