Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide all family court proceedings services to the government authority located in New York.- Service of process in all Family Court proceedings, including paternity and child support (including public assistance and non-public assistance cases), abuse, neglect, guardianship, juvenile delinquency and certain Surrogate and Supreme Court proceedings.(2) The contract period will be for five years.
