USA (New Mexico) – Production and Communication Service

(1) Vendor needs to provide production and communication service. - Work products may include a wide range of materials and services related to natural resources and earth science such as: educational video content; design, layout and/or production of technical scientific reports, flyers and factsheets, periodicals and general audience publications; print production management; social media content; audio/visual content; content development, copyediting and proofreading; and project management.- Production efforts may include scientific and technical editing, proofreading, copy editing aligned with style guidelines, research and writing.- Content often focused on natural resources in agency, material may include support to provide video, graphics, photography, and associated editing. Content may be used for outreach, informational services, advertising, social media, web products, and beyond.- Content including (but not limited to) charts/ graphs, illustrations, infographics, schematic diagrams, map layout and cartography.- Creation of technical reports, periodicals, general audience publications, presentations, fact sheets, newsletters, and associated materials for digital and/or print production including coordination with content development, editing and graphics team members, compliance with both graphic standards and federal accessibility standards, licensing support and research.- Provide planning and strategic design consultation for larger reports, campaigns or products, support design of project road map, requirements and deliverables.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 7, 2026.
