USA (New London, Connecticut) – Revolving Loan Fund Loan Underwriting Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide revolving loan fund loan underwriting services to the government authority located in New London, CT.- Provide professional underwriting services, which may include but are not limited to:- Review of borrower financial information- Analysis of:- Borrower creditworthiness- Repayment capacity- Financial strength and liquidity- Project feasibility- Adequacy of collateral and security- Identification of financial risks and mitigating factors- Preparation of a written underwriting memorandum containing(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 25, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
