USA (New Jersey) – Owner’s Representative Consulting Services

Vendor needs to provide owner's representative consulting services to the government authority located in New Jersey.• As the owner’s representative, representative becomes the primary point of communication for the owner during all strategic planning and construction phases throughout the term of the agreement.• Oversee, organize and manage the contracting of all professional services in conjunction with the developing of the Master Facility Plan• Manage and coordinate all programming interviews with selected groups at various levels, i.e., Owner Group(s), Tennant(s) and End User(s) and the Development Team in the developing of the MFP• Plan, coordinate and manage the implementation of all aspects of the MFP with regards to the contracting of all professional services related to developing the necessary plans and specifications for proposed new structures, backfill projects and redevelopment of the property.• Assist the Owner with developing the schedule for the Public Bidding Process working with the Owner’s procurement and legal teams.• Assist with developing detailed budget break-downs, budget projections, budget tracking systems and potential options.
