(1) Vendor needs to provide food recovery information, engagement, and capacity building program implement service. • Implement a food recovery information, engagement, and capacity building program aimed at reducing food insecurity among low and moderate income households and disproportionately impacted communities.• Deploy a multi channel outreach strategy, which may include social media, print materials, radio, outdoor advertising, in person engagements and presentations, and webinars, to increase participation in food recovery initiatives and expand public awareness of available local food recovery resources.
