USA (New Hampshire) – School Finance Data System

(1) Vendor needs to provide school finance data system.• Solution to its current system for collecting, warehousing, and using school finance data, ultimately from 200 public school districts and charter schools• Data Access: The ability to create security features such as role-based permissions for user security levels and create and manage roles and assign access permissions that structure who can view and edit data.• Data Dashboards: The ability to query, extract, roll up, suppress, aggregate and export data based on user profile for the Agency, School Finance Officers, and Public.• The ability to create peer districts for analysis based on enrollment, type of school, level of expenditures, geographic area, etc. • The ability to interface with the existing Statewide Student Information System (SIS) in order to map school finance data with student demographic data. • The ability to provide an automatic mechanism for exporting information to ancillary systems before, during, and after the submission process • Data Formats: The ability for data and information to be submitted via file submission in CSV and Excel formats. Also, the PDF format for non-financial documents• The ability to map and archive 10 years of historical data currently stored in Excel and SQL formats. • Data Hosting:The system must offer a reliable hosting solution which offers the most user access and the ability to query all data points- Data Interface: The ability to interface with GitHub(2) The contract period will be for two years.(3) Pre-bid meeting will be held on July 15, 2026
