Scope of Work
Vendor needs to provide river access service to the government authority located in Nelson, VA. - Project will consist of clearing an area of 5,566 square feet of existing trees and installing a gravel parking area. - Tree and brush clearing: including chipping and hauling all debris off site- Cut any existing vegetation to solid earth- Install 15” plastic roadway culverts off the road running under site entrance- Install roadway fabric across entire area- Layer of #3 base stone compacted- Minimum of 6” of 21A crush and run gravel compacted each 2”
