USA (Nashville, Tennessee) – Debris Removal Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide rapid, large-scale debris removal services following natural or manmade disasters to support State-wide emergency response and recovery operations to the government authority located in Nashville, TN.- Remove, collect, process, and dispose of disaster-generated debris (vegetative, construction, hazardous, and mixed debris)- Perform debris removal on public property, rights-of-way, and waterways- Manage debris staging, reduction, hauling, and disposal operations- Mobilize personnel and equipment within required timelines (including emergency response)- Support reimbursement eligibility by complying with program requirement- Completed debris clearance and disposal activities- Daily operational logs, documentation, and progress reports- Photographic and audit-ready records for compliance and reimbursement- Final cleanup and site restoration documentation(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on June 26, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than July 2, 2026.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
