USA (Naples, Florida) – Marinas Management Outsourcing Service

(1) Vendor needs to provide marinas management outsourcing service to the government authority located in Naples, FL.- Operation of the Marinas should be conducted in a manner consistent with industry standards for professionally operated public marina facilities.- Provide the services listed above and to include but are not limited to:- Retail sales and services.- Live bait sales.- Fuel sales.- Recreational rentals including kayaks, paddle craft, fishing equipment, and similar amenities.- Guided boating, fishing, eco-tour, and excursion services.- Marina-related hospitality amenities.- Event programming and sponsorship opportunities.- Additional marina-related services approved by the manager or designee.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 3, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years. (4) Pre-bid meeting will be held on June 25, 2026.
