Scope of Work
Vendor needs to provide siemens IP upgrade services to the government authority located in Moody AFB, GA.- Audit and inventory of all 163 existing panels.- Transition of each panel from Static IP configuration to Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) configuration to comply with Air Force Client Operations in a Networked Environment (COIN) v3 updates.- Validation that assignments comply with Air Force cybersecurity standards and COIN v3 requirements.- Testing to ensure proper device communication and no disruption to dependent systems.- Documentation of post-change configurations and network behavior.- Network reservations and security controls will be applied where required to maintain governance and tracking.- This model supports centralized updates and rapid compliance with future cybersecurity changes.
