(1) Vendor needs to provide coastal training program market analysis and needs assessment services to the government authority located in Montgomery, AL.- Market Analysis component will identify existing regional efforts to provide professional development and technical assistance for coastal decision makers, current and potential partnerships coastal decision maker professional development training and technical assistance market gaps.- Program management services.- Review existing data and information.- Identify the data to collect.- Data collection phase.- Determine the sampling strategy.- Design and pilot the data collection instrument.- Data analysis and reporting phase.- Analyze data.- Manage data.- Synthesize information and create report.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 2,2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
