Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Mobile, AB.- Empty wastebaskets. - Dust pictures, frames, chats, etc.- Clean all desks after permission from clients.- Remove fingerprints from doors, frames, light switches, kick and push plates, handles, railings, etc.- Vacuum office areas, including under desks/work areas.- Damp mop floors.- Remove dust and cobwebs from ceiling areas, vents, and diffuser outlets.- Vacuum and clean carpeted areas.- Top scrub and wax flooring.- Spot clean lobby glass, including front doors.- Sanitize countertops and sinks in break rooms.- Clean and sanitize drinking fountains.- Sanitize telephones and handles.
