Scope of Work
Vendor needs to provide general grant legal counsel and services to the government authority located in Mobile, AL.- Loan Closing Preparation and Consultation.- Contract writing and reviewing.- Providing various preliminary legal opinions to the City Attorney for review.- Policy development and Review.- Negotiating on behalf of the City with potential loan borrowers of the fund.- Development of monitoring plans and execution of said plans.- Training and Outreach support for grant recipients, partners, and city Staff.- Other support and consulting functions as required by city.
