Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide media buying agency services for support statewide and regional digital marketing efforts.- The selected vendor will be responsible for the strategic planning, purchasing, and placement of digital advertising across various platforms.- Services include, but are not limited to: digital advertising strategy development; audience segmentation, targeting, and campaign optimization; platform selection and media placement across digital channels; campaign performance tracking, analytics, and reporting; dashboard development and actionable insight delivery; vendor compensation transparency and budget management; and dedicated account management. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 30, 2026.
