Scope of Work
Vendor needs to provide HR management and assessment services to the government authority located in Minneapolis, MN.• Administer and deliver comprehensive management assessment services for executive, management and leadership positions. Consultants should provide a description of the process used to assess candidates for these types of positions.• Provide customized management assessment services that will assess the key competencies, knowledge, skills and abilities needed to perform successfully in the position being filled by the city.• Develop and deliver a management assessment process (assessment battery) that is sufficiently comprehensive to assess candidates in relation to the position being filled. For example, a full day assessment may be necessary for a department head position while a half-day assessment may be suitable for an entry level manager position.• Provide remote access to management assessment tools and reports through a secure password protected website.• Services delivered including the timeliness in the completion and delivery of the management assessment related services.• Ability to produce quality reports and feedback to appointing authorities including but not limited to elected officials and department heads.• Confidentiality and data integrity relating to the information generated from the assessment.
