USA (Michigan) – Website Redesign Services using CMS

(1) Vendor needs to provide website redesign services using content management system to redesign its primary website to improve user experience, better serve key audiences, and align with institutional goals.- Develop responsive templates that support effective use of imagery across devices- Ensure banner/hero images maintain subject visibility across breakpoints- Improve layout efficiency and reduce unused space- Provide flexible layout options for news/events (grid, side-by-side, full-width)- Ensure website content, structure, and user journeys directly support recruitment, engagement, and other key institutional priorities.- Design intuitive, user-focused pathways that reflect how primary audiences—including prospective students, current students, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders—interact with the site- Define and optimize key pages and pathways that support the full user journey from awareness through conversion, with clear calls to action and measurable outcomes- Prioritize optimization, consolidation, and strategic use of existing content rather than continued expansion, ensuring content delivers measurable value.(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 23, 2026.
