Scope of Work
(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud-based contact and customer relationship management SaaS solution. - Provide cloud-based software for contact and customer relationship management solutions capable of supporting customer engagement needs. - Manage and track all Member Partner (MP) contact and community data.- View, log and track select MP email communications.- Provide a cloud-hosted software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscription.- Receive and set reminders for MP related tasks.- Integrate with Microsoft outlook.- Member partner ability to log and track queries and issues.- Reporting and dashboards for operational and leadership use.- Mobile accessibility or other field friendly features.- Ability to configure data forms, fields, views, and workflows without custom code.- Support the one-time import of MP contact and community data from Water Automated Meter Reading (WAMR) portal, excel, and Smartsheet.- Available APIs and integration methods.- Overview of data structure, data management, and scalability.- Hosting, uptime, performance, and service level expectations.- Allow MPs to log and track issues and requests using the solution.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 23, 2026.
