USA (Maryland) – Various Events Production Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide various events production services.- Perform professional Production Services for various events.- Production services completed in the County are typically funded through the show promoters. - Prepare plot on a CAD Software design per the rider requirements, when needed.- Sound, Lights, Backline, Audio and Video to meet and exceeded artist or venue requirements within the budget perimeters provided by the venue.- Provide trained and certified technicians to operate equipment.- Provide professional insight on stage plots and rig plots.- Vendor(s) must have a strong understanding of cable management, power distribution, and rigging standards.- Participate and assist with advance calls.- Prepare cost estimates to meet the outlined rider needs. Itemized breakdown per expense and labour.- Assist with preparing a rig plot and stage plot, when needed, based on outlined budget perimeters.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 2, 2026.(3) Non-Mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on June 25, 2026.
