USA (Maryland) – RFI for Cloud Based DocuSign eSignature Software System

(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud-based electronic signature software solution to support secure document management and signing operations for the Government, in compliance with applicable federal standards1. Software Provision & Deployment- Deliver a fully functional eSignature software platform within the required timeframe- Provide enterprise-level features, integrations, and API capabilities 2. Compliance & Security- Implement secure authentication, access control, audit trails, and data protection3. System Functionality- Enable secure document sending, signing, and workflow management- Provide document control, retention policies, conditional routing, and visibility features 4. Support & Maintenance- Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, updates, and system maintenance- Ensure system uptime, performance, and continuous availability5. Vulnerability Management- Allow government-led security testing and vulnerability scans- Address and patch identified issues in collaboration with the Government6. Data Integrity & Access Management- Ensure document immutability and full auditability- Restrict access based on user roles and permissions(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 14, 2026.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
