USA (Maryland) – Real-Time Live Captioning Service

(1) Vendor needs to provide real-time live captioning service. • Provide real-time remote live captioning services for assigned meetings, training sessions, conferences, professional learning events, and other sponsored programs.• Provide captions with a minimum accuracy rate of 99%, including correct spelling, punctuation, grammar, and speaker identification when applicable.• Ensure captions are synchronized with spoken content and relevant sounds as closely as possible.• Position captions on screen in a manner that does not obstruct important visual content, presentations, or instructional materials.• Maintain reliable caption delivery throughout the duration of the event.• The transcript delivered in an accessible PDF format that meets applicable accessibility standards.• Caption files in one or more of the following formats (.SRT or .VTT)(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 25, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
