USA (Marianna, Florida) – Realtor Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide realtor services to the government authority located in Marianna, FL.                                 • Surplus and Leasing Activities- Track leased parcels and report status on assigned surplus property.  - Provide all other real property surplus services as required, including preparation and posting of surplus properties in accordance with the law, seeking and receiving requests for proposals from qualified buyers, and adhering to the real property disposition procedures of the city Code of Ordinances.• Real Estate and Closing Services- Provide, from a qualified professional real estate broker to represent the city in the sale, purchase, lease and management of properties as needed.- This includes providing consultation on real estate transactions, title issues, appraisals, surveys, and other related services.  - Provide a copy of all signed documents to all parties to the transaction.    - Provide services in complex real estate transactions when requested by city, including assistance with obtaining clear title  - Provide services in complex real estate transactions when requested by city, including assistance with obtaining clear title  (2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 25, 2026.
