(1) Vendor needs to provide envelopes, commercial, catalog, booklet, and absentee ballot printing and manufacturing services to the government authority located in Madison, WI.- Premade Envelopes- Volume Generic Manufactured Envelopes- Specialty Envelopes- Envelopes include printing on one or two sides with one or multiple inks by the inkjet, lithographic, or flexographic process on white wove and color papers.- Booklet envelopes- Announcement envelopes- Enterprise Envelopes(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 20, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
