USA (Lubbock, Texas) – Traffic and Signs Maintenance Facility Improvements Service

(1) Vendor needs to provide traffic and signs maintenance facility improvements service to the government authority located in Lubbock, TX.- Project consists of building envelope improvements at traffic and street signs maintenance facility.- Comply with limitations on use of public streets, work on public streets, rights of way, and other requirements of authorities having jurisdiction.- Provide protection, operate temporary facilities, and conduct construction as required to comply with environmental regulations and that minimize possible air, waterway, and subsoil contamination or pollution or other undesirable effects.- Provide temporary enclosures for protection of construction, in progress and completed, from exposure, foul weather, other construction operations, and similar activities. Provide temporary weathertight enclosure for building exterior.- Develop and supervise an overall fire-prevention and -protection program for personnel at Project site.- Barricades, warning signs, and lights.- Security enclosure and lockup.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 03, 2026.         (3) Pre-proposal meeting will be held on June 30, 2026.
