(1) Vendor needs to provide investment advisory services to the government authority located in Loveland, CO. - Provide professional non-discretionary investment advisory services for the city’s investment portfolio and to identify and select a qualified firm to assist the city with management of its investment portfolio in a manner consistent with the city’s investment policy, applicable law, prudent public funds practices, and the city’s operational and liquidity needs.- Portfolio Review and Investment Recommendations- Cash Flow and Liquidity Analysis- Market Research and Portfolio Strategy- Trade Recommendation, Approval, and Execution Support(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 23, 2026.
