(1) Vendor needs to provide water market research and analysis services to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA.- Support of a consultant to perform a market research and economic analysis of state water market for opportunities to supplement our robust water supply portfolio.- Evaluate state water market, sales, trends, and economic valuations of available resources.- Evaluate state available and developing water storage programs and pricing.- Provide economic analysis and valuation of potential water market opportunities.(2) A pre-bid meeting will be held on June 18, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 7, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for five years.
