USA (Long Branch, New Jersey) – Financial Advisory Services

(1) Vendor needs to provide financial advisory services to the government authority located in Long Branch, NJ.- Serve in an overall development and financial advisory capacity to agency and shall provide consultation and advice on all matters pertaining to the planning, financing, and development of affordable housing- Financial advisory services shall include, but not be limited to, the following:- Development and Financial Advisory- HUD Approvals, Submissions, and Closing Assistance- Meetings and Stakeholder Coordination(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 25, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
