USA (Lafayette, Louisiana) – International Student Group Insurance Plan Sickness and Accident Service

(1) Vendor needs to provide international student group insurance plan sickness and accident service to the government authority located in Lafayette, LA. 1. Workers’ compensation:- Contractor shall be in compliance at all times with the workers’ compensation law with respect toworkers’ compensation insurance or proper certification of self-insured status.2. Commercial general liability:- Contractor shall maintain commercial general liability insurance, including personal and advertising injury liability.3. Automobile liability:- Contractor shall maintain Automobile Liability Insurance, which coverage shall have a minimum combined single limit per occurrence.- This insurance shall include third-party bodily injury and property damage liability for owned, hired, and non-owned automobiles.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 29, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
